Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 13 August 2026
This policy sets out what you may and may not do with Roomlyn. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Breaking it may lead to content removal, suspension or termination of your account, and where appropriate we may report unlawful activity to the authorities.
What Roomlyn is for
Roomlyn is for redesigning rooms and spaces — repainting, restyling, swapping furniture and visualising interior changes from photographs you have the right to use.
You must not
- Upload photographs that are primarily of identifiable people, or images of anyone without a lawful basis to do so. (Uploads are screened and people-photos are rejected.)
- Upload or use any content you don't own or have permission to use, or that infringes copyright, trade marks, privacy or any other right.
- Generate, upload or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexual/explicit, or that depicts or facilitates violence, abuse or the exploitation of children.
- Use the service to create deceptive or misleading imagery — for example to misrepresent a property in a sale or listing, impersonate someone, or produce forged or fraudulent material.
- Attempt to defeat, bypass or overload the service's limits, security, content screening or billing — including scraping, automated abuse, reverse engineering, or sharing access to evade token limits.
- Resell, sublicense or provide the service to third parties except as expressly permitted, or use it to build a competing model or dataset.
- Use the service in breach of applicable sanctions or export-control laws, or from a jurisdiction where we do not offer it.
